In stock items:
For all in-stock items, we will process orders within 3 business days from the date that we receive your order and payment confirmation.
We do our best to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out,
customers will be notified via email.

Pre-order items / Custom orders / Back Orders:
These items will dispatch within 1-4weeks from the date given that the item will come available. If any unforeseen delays should occur,
customers will be notified before item was originally to become available. Pre order items, custom orders
and back orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping and Delivery

We use Japan Post EMS for all international orders.

Please see the chart below for shipping rates. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.




Return Policy

All our products are brand new and guaranteed authentic.
The quality is strictly checked prior to shipping.
Returns are Not accepted.
Please notify that the package will be returned to Japan due to unclaimed, insufficient address or refused etc.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item to your countries.


International warranty is NOT available.

Tax Charges

Customers are responsible for any additional taxes and import duties applied by your local government.
We will NOT undervalue the amount or mark the items as GIFT on the invoice.

About Cancellation

Customers can cancel the orders before they enter the shipping process.
After the shipping date is specified, customers will be notified by email.
Please be informed that any cancellation will NOT be accepted after
the shipping date is specified.
